Detached chalet with south facing terrace. Well furnished, panoramic views
Cosy and well equipped chalet, situated in the upper outskirts of La Tzoumaz. On the first floor is the spacious modern living-/dining area with open plan kitchen and open fire place, as well as a bathroom. Access from the living room to the mezzanine/gallery with the TV corner. The bedrooms and two bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. The balcony and terrace offer amazing panoramic views over the Valais and Bernese Alps. Distance to the ski bus stop ~800 m or shortcut by ski/by foot across the meadow (no marked foot path, at own risk). Depending on snow conditions you can ski from the ski area down to the chalet by diverging from the ski slope (~ 700 m, no marked or prepared ski run, use at own risk). Distance to the nearest ski slopes next to the chairlift 'Chablotays' approx 1.1 km by car. Distance to the village centre with shops, restaurants, kindergarten and bank approx. 1.8 km. Distance to the outdoor ice rink and indoor pool, ski school and cable car ~1.6 km. The driveway to the chalet is partly gravel path. 3 parking spaces next to the chalet. Garage can be used for storing ski equippment. A part of the fees has to be paid per person per stay, with a minimum of 4 persons per stay.
>In winter 2014-2015, clients get 13% OFF public ski pass tariffs for La Tzoumaz or the entire ski area Verbier-Quatre Vallées, for 6 days or more when presenting the discount voucher as a paper document at the lift cashier before purchasing the ski passes. Claiming the discount afterwards is not possible. In case the discount voucher is not attached to the travel documents please ask the local agency on arrival day.
