The fried potatoes in very thin strips with battered cod is one of its most popular dishes along with chicken soup accompanied by leeks and raisins. The oatcakes are one of her favorite desserts. They are cookies elaborated in an artisan way. The most popular drink in Pitlochry, as it could not be otherwise, is the Single Malt whiskey.
