Although I was only passing through, I was still able to get a clear impression of the city. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Museum of Cultural History. Here I was able to marvel at an excellent exhibition for a reasonable entrance fee. A place that is also suitable for younger visitors was Sea-Life. There were some interesting fish and amazing sea creatures here. Recommendation!
I visited the Museum of Cultural History. The entrance fee was very fair and the exhibition was very nice. I also liked the fact that it was very quiet.
Visiting Sea-Life was a great experience. The entrance fee is very fair.
Hanover is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany and I recommend it.

We were visiting relatives in Wunstorf, near Hanover, and then also made day trips to Hanover. Hanover has good shopping opportunities with shopping centers and a pedestrian zone right next to the train station. There are also good places to eat. We went to a café and had a coffee and a bite to eat there. The journey from Wunstorf was easy by train. The city center is beautiful and offers many shopping opportunities. There is nothing in particular that I would avoid on my next trip.

Fans of city breaks
As a city, Hanover offers a lot of highlights within walking distance, especially for guests who enjoy a stroll. When the weather is nice, have a coffee at the Maschsee lake, take the old elevator up to the town hall tower and then enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the small restaurants in the old town. The Eilenriede is an ideal urban forest for an excursion, and next door is the beautiful zoo with a great adventure playground.

Hanover is a city you should have been to. It's really beautiful in both summer and winter. A long walk around the Maschsee or spending a leisurely day at the Christmas market really has something to offer. The Christmas market was not overcrowded and it was easy to get drinks.
