The apartment (90 sq-mt) is very bright and modern; the entrance opens onto a spacious living room furnished with a double sofa bed and a cosy dining table for up to 6 people.
The flat screen TV set is located on a functional cabinet with shelves and drawers. The day area is also fitted with a large window overlooking the ‘struscio’ of Via Vespucci, and it offers views of the sea, stretching behind the villa standing opposite the house.
Next to the day area is the open plan kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher and electric oven.
The night area is composed of two bedrooms, both with views of the inner courtyard, so that they offer a quiet ambience. The master bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with a double bed and a large closet, whilst the guest bedroom has a comfortable single sofa chair.
There are also two full bathrooms, one with shower stall and the other with tub.

Viale Vespucci is one of the main avenues in Rimini, Marina Centro, the most exclusive part of the city, which is home to Rimini Grand Hotel, Federico Fellini park, the new marina and to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and arcades for all taste.
The sea promenade is located in the immediate vicinity (about 2 minutes on foot). Within very easy walking distance you also find Claudio Tintori promenade with its large array of clubs, discos and the Ferris wheel. Moreover, in the area there are some pharmacies, banks and post offices (all of them can be easily reached on foot).
The railway station is at about 10 minutes (on foot), whilst along viale Vespucci you find many bus stops taking to the city centre and to Riccione.
